We issue ordinary shares to our investors in accordance with ASIC requirements. However, in order to promote liquidity in the shares, the Board has resolved not to issue share certificates to shareholders, but to issue them with digital coins which legally establishes proof of ownership of the shares and will ensure fast seamless transfers to enhance trading. We call the digital coins “Share Backed Coins” or “SBCs”
