MSM Mobile Money Pty Ltd ("MSM") Australian Business Number 7516 2989 193, is an Australian company incorporated in 2012 to capitalise upon its international licensed position to issue software application licenses to SME's to utilise versatile electronic business systems with a core element being the MSM Group Marketing System.

Our Group Marketing Program is supported by strategic applications that add significant value and control to SME's, such as, our Mobile Trade Credit product which forms a business-to-business (B-2-B) market place to attract and facilitate person-to-business (P2B) transactions electronically via mobile phone (SMS), the Internet, closed loop EFTPOS terminals and telephone "e-commerce", or by a SMS and QR Code powered electronic transaction vouchers similar to that used with a credit card, whereby registered Members purchase highly discounted "deals" from participating local Merchants.

MSM Mobile Money provides support services to Members through both the internet and customer service staff (Sales Agencies, Business coordinators and/or Trade Brokers). These services include sales, marketing, and promotion of business products/services, cost reduction purchasing automotive and marine product sales, shopping malls, new and second-hand motor vehicles, trucks, SUV and other high ticket items via the MSM Mobile Trade Exchange System. These specific marketing systems support the generic MSM Group marketing System offered to SME's in a "white labeled" format.

In order to further promote trading between our participating Merchants and registered Members and to maximise the efficiency of the MSM Group Marketing System and Mobile Trading Program, MSM supplies each Member with a MSM Mobile Account and APP suited their specific mobile phone type. In the USA we issue a co-branded Mastercard to each Member so that they can load their own funds and funds they earn for their opinions on our web sites. Members can access their online MSM Account via SMS and Smart Phone App, or online where participating Merchants offer their products and services via an advertising Service Directory. All services may be accessed via the web site or Mobile APP and "cash back" and other integrated smart loyalty features are built into the System. Our company operates its own generic Smart Loyalty Program we call "Scoot-a-Deal" which can be seen at the company's members web site www.scootadeal.com.

MSM Mobile derives revenue through initial Membership Fees when applicable, MSM Mobile Merchant Application Fees from Loyalty Reward Dollar Advances, Transaction Fees and Monthly Administration Fees and Micro-transaction Revenue (MTR) derived for our referral of members to our participating merchants on a "referral-by-referral" basis. MSM has acquired a trained contract sales force, now being enhanced world-wide. These professionals are responsible for the identification and recruitment of new Merchants and new Members within local communities. Our company is looking forward to significant growth due to the uptake of discounted deal and loyalty programs by Merchants world-wide and the level of growth, revenue and valuations enjoyed by our perceived competitors over the last five year period and recent acquisitions and mergers.
